The spectacular 17th century hall is situated around formal gardens with many rare trees, including England’s oldest larch trees and the last of the celebrated Byron oak trees, grown from the Newstead original. The gardens are set in 300 acres of undulating and well-wooded parkland set beside a river and lake. We are ten minutes drive from East Midlands Parkway train station, East Midlands Airport and the M1, within easy reach of Nottingham and Derby city centres.
